GOALS

Establish highly specialized training programs such as fellowships and recognized Allergy/Immunology Medical Board Certification in the region

Develop Regional Centers of Excellence to improve patient care

Promote Allergy and Immunology collaboration with Centers of Excellence in the Gulf region and establish exchange programs for trainees to gain knowledge and experience of allergic and immunologic disorders

Work closely with regional health authorities to implement evidence-based guidelines and initiatives such as neonatal screening for primary immunodeficiency, early diagnosis of rare immunologic conditions, and infant feeding guidelines to help decrease the risks and burdens of Allergic and Immunologic diseases

Establish registries throughout the Gulf region for certain Allergic and Immunologic conditions such as Hereditary Angioedema, asthma and PID

Work jointly with medical schools to ensure that Allergy and Immunology education and training conforms to high international standards, and to ensure that students and trainees have access to training in this important but often under-represented area of the world

Improve collaboration with national and regional societies such pulmonology, rheumatology, dermatology and infectious disease

Work with reputable international organizations to identify areas of collaboration that benefit our region

Develop and provide reliable and accurate information related to Allergic and Immunologic disorders for patients, families, healthcare providers, and other caregivers
ABOUT US
Our faculty members are North American and European certified allergists and immunologists who each bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to delivering a very high-quality educational activities and teaching.
The Gulf Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (GAACI) was established in 2022 as part of the Gulf Academy for Medical Training (GAMT, Registration No: CN-4586237) and registered in Abu Dhabi. GAMT has met the criteria for DOH Accreditation as a provider of Continuous Medical Education certificates. GAACI is a non-profit organization, and all meetings and conferences will be handled by an Event Management Company.
